Accreditation

Residential Accreditation
From 12.01am on Thursday 23 October to 9.00pm on Sunday 26 October 2008, the Nikon Indy 300 precinct will be secured and entry will only be via accreditation or a valid ticket to the event. All permanent occupier/owners, permanent tenants and non-resident owners who will be using their properties during the four days of the event will need to apply for accreditation. The Nikon Indy 300 Accreditation Department will verify all applications and we reserve the right to refuse any application that cannot be substantiated. Volunteers
Applications are now open to join the Nikon Indy 300 Volunteer Team for 2008. If you are available for four days in October we can guarantee you an unforgettable adventure. Volunteers must be 18 years of age by October 22, 2007 (except for Runners who will need to be 16 years of age by this date) and available for the four days 23 to 26 October, 2008. Media
You can now apply for Media Accreditation to the 2008 Nikon Indy 300 online. Applicants must be authorised representatives of local, national or international media organisation. The Nikon Indy 300 reserves the right to decline applications if the online form is not filled in completely, representation of your media organisation is not substantiated, or your attendance will not be for 'work' purposes. Working Passes
All people employed to work for a business inside the Nikon Indy 300 precinct during the four days of the event and all those contracted to provide a service inside the Nikon Indy precinct during the four days of the event must apply for accreditation. Please note Working Passes are valid between the hours of 7am and 7pm only.

If you require access after these times you will need to apply for After Hours Access. The Nikon Indy 300 Accreditation Department will verify all applications and we reserve the right to refuse any application that cannot be substantiated, if the online form is not filled out completely or your attendance is not for “work” purposes.
