With six weeks to go until the Lexmark Indy 300, the prime viewing locations in Grandstands and Corporate Suites are selling at a record rate.

Grandstand and Corporate Hospitality sales are both tracking above the same time last year – two facts that have encouraged Lexmark Indy 300 Chairman Terry Mackenroth.

“People need to get in early to reserve the best seats in the prime viewing spots around the circuit,” said Mackenroth.

“Our Platinum Grandstand at the VB Chicane on the back straight and quite a few others are close to being sold out. There are still plenty of great seats left, and fans should get in quickly to determine their preferred location and then book their grandstand seats.”

Two Grandstands have already sold out – the Silver Grandstands on Turn 2 (CARSguide Chicane) and Turn 3 (near Cypress Avenue).

Some of the more popular Grandstands that are selling fast but still have seats available include the Gold Grandstands at Turn 1 (Lexmark Chicane) and Turn 7 (VB Chicane), and Silver Grandstands opposite Duracell Pit Lane on the Main Straight.

Corporate hospitality sales have also been booming leading up to Queensland’s premier event to be held from October 19 to 22.

The following suites have sold out – Accor Premiere Vacation Pole Position Club above the Champ Car pit garages; WPS Indy Champions Club above the Champ Car pit garages; VeryGC Pit Lane Club at pit exit; Premier Pit Suites; Riverview Super Suites at Lexmark Chicane (Turn 1); Villas on the Esses at the Bartercard Esses (Turn 5); and, Hairpin Pavilions at Lexmark Hairpin (Final Turn).

“The Lexmark Indy 300 is one of the largest corporate hospitality events in Australia,” said Mackenroth.

“We will have approximately 7,000 corporate guests at the event each day over the four days, with more than 220 national and international companies represented.

“There are still some great facilities available for companies at the Lexmark Indy 300, catering for guests numbering two through to more than 250.”

Some of the largest corporate facilities available presenting spectacular views are the Chicane Rooftop Pavilions at the Lexmark Chicane (Turn 1) with a giant Superscreen directly opposite.
