The corporate packages for this year’s Lexmark Indy 300 were unveiled at a Corporate Launch for Queensland’s premier Event at Sydney’s Luna Park recently. Packages are currently on sale for the Lexmark Indy 300 with a variety of Corporate Club Packages and Private Corporate Packages available to cater for one person up to 280 over four days, and all tastes and theming ideas.

In all, there are more than 160 corporate facilities located right around the 4.47km Surfers Paradise street circuit. More than 6000 people each day representing over 300 companies annually attend one of Australia’s largest corporate events on the Gold Coast.

The Lexmark Indy 300 has evolved into a ‘must-go’ hospitality event for many of Australia’s largest and most recognised companies. It has also developed into a key opportunity for growing businesses to network and form new partnerships. Companies that have made corporate hospitality at the Lexmark Indy 300 an annual business activity include Lexmark, Acer, Intel, Conrad Jupiters, Falken, Gillette, CUB, Coca Cola and Bartercard.

Businesses have a choice between Corporate Club Packages which are shared facilities ideal for individuals or small groups, and Private Corporate Packages which are dedicated suites that can be seat between 10 and 70 people per day.

· Pit Lane Club – situated on Pit Straight, individual passes.

· Skilled Chicane Club – situated at Lexmark Chicane, individual passes.

· Indy Champions Club – situated above the Pits, individual passes.

The Private Corporate Packages include:

· Pit Straight Platforms – situated opposite the Pit Garages, 10 passes per day.

· Pit Entry Pavilions – situated at the entrance to Pit Lane, 15 passes per day.

· Villas on the Esses – situated at the Esses, 20 passes per day.

· Beach Pavilions – situated on the Beach Side of Back Straight, 40 passes per day.

· Hairpin Pavilions – situated at the Lexmark Hairpin, 45 passes per day.

· Chicane Rooftop Pavilions – situated at the Lexmark Chicane, 30 passes per day.

· Riverview Super Suites – situated at the Lexmark Chicane, 38 passes per day.

· Chicane Super Suites – situated at the Lexmark Chicane, 30 passes per day.

· Pit Garage Suites – situated above Pit Garages, 45 passes per day.

· Premier Pit Suites – situated on Pit Straight, 70 passes per day.

All guests are able to watch the action within metres of the cars and through the broadcast of Indy FMTV – the exclusive on-track television network. There are a variety of other benefits depending on which package is selected including pit passes, first-class catering by The Cabinet, merchandise, souvenir programs and other gifts.
