1. Tickets may not be resold at a premium or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Gold Coast Motor Events Co. (the “Promoter”). If this ticket has been resold or used in contravention of the condition, the bearer of the ticket may be denied admission or may be asked to leave the venue.
2. You agree to comply with all notices at the venue and all directions from the Promoter. You may be removed from the venue if you do not comply with any direction from the Promoter or its representatives.
3. Tickets are not refundable or subject to exchange unless required by law. If the event is cancelled after it has started (for example, because of bad weather), you cannot exchange your ticket and you cannot obtain a refund. If the description of, or participants in, the event change, you cannot exchange your ticket and you cannot obtain a refund. The Promoter is not liable to you for any claims, damages, compensation, losses or expenses as a result of the event or sessions of the event being cancelled, postponed or changed.
4. Motorsport is dangerous. You understand that the layout of the venue may be unfamiliar to you, so you must take care at all times. You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own safety and for the safety of any children accompanying you. Ticket holders enter the venue at their own risk. To the extent permitted by law you release the Promoter (including its directors, officers, employees, consultants, contractors, agents and volunteers), CAMS, AVESCO and Indy Racing League, LLC. (including their directors, officers, employees, consultants, contractors, agents and volunteers) from any liability for any damage, loss, liability or injury you may suffer in relation to your attendance at the event, howsoever caused including without limitation due to any negligence or other act or omission of the Promoter. You agree to compensate the Promoter for any damage, loss, liability or injury the Promoter may suffer as a result of your wilful, reckless or negligent acts or omissions at the event.
5. You are responsible for your own property whilst at the venue.
6. The Promoter may refuse you entry into, or remove you from, a venue if you do not obey these terms and conditions, you interfere with the enjoyment, comfort or safety of other persons at the event, you have a lost, stolen, counterfeit, damaged or unreadable ticket or you have acquired your ticket from an unauthorised source, or the Promoter reasonably suspect you of any of the above.
7. Images and sound recordings of the event taken by you with camera, video or audio equipment cannot be used for any purpose other than for private and domestic purposes, that is, you cannot sell, license, broadcast, publish or otherwise commercially exploit them. In particular you may not make available any moving footage, sound recordings or series of still pictures taken at the event on the internet.
8. These ticket conditions may be supplemented by additional conditions displayed at the venue.
9. No alcohol and no glass containers will be permitted in the precinct.
