Park 'n' Ride

The Park ‘n’ Ride service provides a quick and easy way to travel to the Nikon Indy 300.
If you are coming by car, please remember that a 2 hour parking limit applies to street parking and the entry to the residential areas surrounding the precinct is restricted to residents only.

We suggest parking at one of our designated Park 'n' Ride sites and using your pre-purchased ticket or appropriate accreditation to board a TransLink shuttle bus.

Simply park your car at either Parklands Showgrounds or Carrara Stadium and show your pre-purchased ticket or appropriate accreditation to board a TransLink shuttle bus into the event precinct.

We suggest parking at Parklands Showgrounds as the best alternative for persons travelling to the track from the Northern suburbs. The shuttle bus will then take you to the Main North Gate.

We suggest parking at Carrara Stadium as the best alternative for persons travelling to the track from the Southern suburbs. The shuttle bus will then take you to the Main South Gate.

TransLink shuttle bus services will operate at regular intervals from the following locations on all four event days.

Helensvale station to main gate north:
• Thursday - 7.30am to 11.30am
• Friday - 7.30am to 11.30am
• Saturday - 6.30am to 12pm
• Sunday - 6.30am to 12pm.

Parklands Showgrounds Park 'n' Ride, Smith Street, Southport to main gate north:
• Thursday - Sunday - 6am to 7pm.

Carrara Stadium Park 'n' Ride to south gate:
• Thursday - Sunday - 6am to 7pm.

Extra Gold Coast Highway services (between Coolangatta and Southport), servicing both north and south gates:
• Thursday - Sunday - 6am to 10pm.

Shuttle bus services will depart from main gate north to Helensvale station and Parklands Showgrounds, and from the south gate to Carrara Stadium every day from 12pm to 7pm.
