Does not pre-screen or monitor clients or the content or information provided by clients; Does not complete a transaction between a client and member/user of their platforms. Any services that cannot be performed need to be in writing to the client; Take responsible care in publishing data and content on any public platform on behalf of a client is accurate. Any mistakes made on behalf of the client need to be informed in writing to the client; You, Daily Press and its employees cannot, under any circumstance, use any offensive language or any abusive behaviour towards anyone using the site and in direct communication to the client. Clients may terminate the contract and /or registration of a client at any time by notifying either party in writing via email or phone if abusive behaviour/ illegal activity has occurred.; Must NOT disclose to any other person any username and password created on any other platforms to any individuals not employed by Daily Press;

You will be asked to agree to these Terms & Conditions upon applying to become a client. You should only agree to these conditions if you accept them in their entirety. Once your registration is complete you will be bound to the Terms & Conditions as detailed herein when using www.dailypress.com.au; You confirm that you have the legal right to enter into and complete a service (The client is entering into an agreement with the Daily Press as their digital agency); You must hold the copyright for any text and images you send to Daily Press in use of any service for example, in a graphic and/or website/social platform; You must ensure that all items sent to Daily Press are not replicas or copies of any other brand or designer and that no brand name or trademark has been violated; You must ensure you abide by the Payment Gateway Acceptable Use Policy (stripe,paypal,till payments) for receiving payments on your website in which Daily Press manage, or any other payment mechanism available through your website and platforms; Make prompt payments of any invoices sent to you or fees. It is your responsibility to ensure you are familiar with these fees/retainers and contract agreements before engaging with Daily Press on any activities; You cannot, under any circumstance, use any offensive language or abusive behaviour towards anyone using the site and in direct communication with the client. Daily Press may terminate the contract and /or registration of a client at any time by notifying either party in writing via email or phone. This will prevent any future purchases by the client; If a client would like to terminate any contract with Daily Press must give 30 days’ notice in writing. Not including illegal/abusive behaviour which can be terminated immediately for both parties;

If you sell a product or service at your venue, on your website and or platform, It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that their listings/services and activities do not infringe on any laws of Australia and State Territories. Or on any other official certification and labelling systems. Failure to do so may result in suspension or cancellation of your agreement with Daily Press. If you advertise anything unlawful, Daily Press will not be held responsible for updating any content, or data on any platform on behalf of the client; It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that their items and services are listed appropriately, honestly and in accordance with the ‘Terms & Conditions’ of Daily Press.; Clients listing ‘Fair Trade’, ’Ethical’, Ethical Trade’ or ‘Direct Trade’ items are strictly forbidden from labelling them or alluding to them as being ‘Fairtrade’ certified, or certified by another body.;

Daily Press is an agency and service to your business for all Australian registered businesses selling their products and services. However, any Items deemed offensive or not appropriate, illegal, not proper, or not suitable by Daily Press will notify the client in writing; Offensive and inappropriate items include (but are not limited to) such items as weapons, pornography, unsafe items for children, or any item deemed to be in bad taste.; If the items have certification they must be in line with the FAIRTRADE, ETHICAL FASHION AND OTHER CERTIFICATION; Privacy Policies for each client must be clear and public on the clients’ websites prior to listing or making any website public for purchase, that Daily Press manages on behalf of the client;

While using Daily Press website, you agree not to interfere with or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the site or any transaction being conducted on the website or to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website.
